MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 1, 1990 MEETING
of the YORK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

The valiant members who attended this meeting completed the tedious task of refining and adopting the bylaws which will govern the association. A copy of the bylaws is available to any member upon request.

The group also decided that rather than go to the substantial time and trouble of trying to locate each absentee landlord in the neighborhood to notify them of their eligibility for YNA membership, monthly notice would be sent to the Apartment Owner's Assocation and to any absentee landlord who comes to a meeting and signs the sign-in sheet. Additionally, a one-time mailing will be sent to all property management companies asking them to notify any of their clients who own property in the neighborhood of YNA, its purposes, and the landlords' eligibility for membership.

A Board of Directors was also selected. The four current directors (Michael Chiavario, Wally Dunn, Mary Mullen, Lynn Torno) were elected to one-year terms. An additional three directors were elected by acclamation to two-year terms: Mike Hillis, Bob Harrison and Kent Chasson.

The Board re-elected the current officers to continue in their present positions: Michael Chiavario, President; Wally Dunn, Vice-President; Mary Mullen, Treasurer; Lynn Torno, Secretary.
