We have $2,500 for this work plus $700 (where from??).
5 hours of staff time from the Bellingham Planning Dept. is available to us, and there may be more.

††††††††††††††††††††††† The YNA Board will be encouraged to participate in this committee.
††††††††††††††††††††††† The first task of the committee is to build membership.
Recruitment will be highlighted at the upcoming YNA General Meeting, Feb. 28.
Strategy, tactics and publicity will be discussed† later.
Using Libby Starkís list,† Anne, Lisa and Tom will look at individuals to invite to join and act as a temporary recruiting committee.
The list of those who attended the recent Rezone meeting should be tapped for people who could serve on this committee.
Helen Jackson should be used to do the technical work.
Tom will do e-mailing.
Tom is interested in acting as vice chair.
